Although I did not place in this competition, it was one of the most valuable experiences of my competitive career so far.

The event stood out for its scale, excellent organisation and exceptionally strong competition. Many superbly prepared athletes took the stage, giving me the opportunity to compare myself with some of the best in the category and assess my standard realistically.

I left the stage satisfied with my own performance and the condition I had achieved. It was a significant step forward from my previous competition and evidence that my preparation was moving in the right direction.

The competition also showed me what I need to keep working on. There was a clear trend towards more developed musculature in this category, providing valuable feedback for the next stages of my development as an athlete.

I do not regret taking part for a moment. Every appearance on stage is a lesson, an experience and another step towards the next level.
