Who Is the Kangoo Jumps Beginners Workshop For?
This course is for anyone who cannot attend group Kangoo Jumps classes, prefers not to attend for any reason, or simply wants to train at home with correct technique. It is also for people who attend group classes but want to understand more about what they do, how to perform each movement correctly and the benefits of those movements.
This course is for you if:
- There are no group classes in your town or city;
- Group class times do not fit your schedule;
- You prefer not to attend group classes for any reason;
- You train regularly with Kangoo Jumps but are not seeing results;
- You want to jump with correct technique;
- You want to prepare before joining group classes;
- You are curious;
- You are tired of your current sport and want to try something new;
- You want to have fun while exercising;
- You want to lose weight and shape your body at the same time — this could be your sport.
Incorrect exercise technique can lead to spinal problems and misalignment, joint pain, sprains, nervous system disorders and, of course, a lack of the desired results. When an exercise is not performed correctly, unnecessary strain is placed on the joints rather than the muscles we intend to work. Repeatedly loading the joints incorrectly over time will inevitably lead to pain and problems. After all, exercise should support health.
To get the most out of any form of exercise, we need information and the ability to apply what we learn. Kangoo Jumps is no exception. As an instructor, I regularly welcome newcomers to my studio, and I cannot physically give each one all the individual attention they need. They usually arrive just as the class is due to start, put on their shoes and receive a quick explanation of how to stand and walk before the session begins. But other clients have been jumping for a long time and are waiting for the workout they came for. Newcomers can barely keep their balance as the movements change one after another, while everyone around them moves in time with the music and the instructor. Some decide that it is too difficult and give up after their first attempt. You might point out that beginner groups exist — and they do. But their schedules do not suit everyone, so people train when they have free time. Even a beginner group progresses with each session.
A smooth transition to anything new needs time, information and support. Every new client therefore needs the right guidance and advice, which takes time. That is why this course is suitable for everyone who practises this sport.
The course is also suitable for people in small towns without group classes. All you need is a pair of Kangoo Jumps shoes and a mat to avoid disturbing the neighbours. My course will teach you everything you need to know to train with Kangoo Jumps. You can then choose from thousands of online workouts and train with any instructor you like, confident that you are exercising correctly at a time that suits you, from the comfort of your home.
If you feel worried or uncomfortable in a crowded gym, this is your chance to train with Kangoo Jumps.
Do not hesitate. I will be by your side, guiding and supporting you throughout the journey 😉
XOXO
Monika 🙂
